Silence is not a solution. Every day, we see the impact of mental health struggles in our
community, and we are losing individuals far too often. It is time to move from silence to
knowledge.

We are hosting a crucial event on May 9th to provide our families, youth, and friends with the
tools they need to respond when someone is struggling.

• Dr. Jonathan Bertram: Physician at CAMH and Clinical Lecturer at the University of Toronto. A
world-class expert in mental health and addiction.
• Archana Lingendran: Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist specializing in DBT, crisis
intervention, and suicide prevention.
