Bookings available to paid members of the CTCC only
Booking Terms
50% of the venue charges to be paid at the time of booking as a deposit.
Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to the event.
Deposit is 50% refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the event.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
Balance 50% of the venue charges to be paid 30 days prior to the event.
Refundable security deposit equivalent to the venue charges to be paid 72 hours prior to the event along with the liquor license if applicable.
