The SheLeads Mentorship Program , an initiative of the CTCC Women’s Committee, was created to support women at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re navigating a new career path, building confidence, expanding your network, or seeking guidance from someone who has walked a similar path, SheLeads is designed to meet you where you are.

What sets SheLeads apart is our focus on genuine, meaningful connection. Our mentors, leaders and professionals from diverse industries, volunteer their time because they believe in lifting others as they rise. Through thoughtful matching based on goals, interests, and lived experience, we foster mentorship relationships that often grow into lasting personal and professional support.
