Dear CTCC Members,
Following our recent call for volunteers to help shape the future of CTCC in Quebec, we are delighted to announce the appointment of the inaugural Quebec Sub-Committee.
The response was outstanding—we received a strong slate of applications from entrepreneurs, professionals, and community builders across the province. The Board extends its sincere thanks to everyone who took the time to apply.
At its meeting on August 11, 2026, the Board appointed the following members to the Quebec Sub-Committee for a two-year term, effective September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2028:
- Niroshi Nathan — Chair
- Christina Kumaravelu
- Denesh Logeswaran
- Khoushikan Vigneswaran
- Raj Thayaparan
- Saravanabava Srinivasan
- Shopika Somasundaram
Please note that this appointment completes the mandate of any previous Quebec-based boards or committees. All such prior bodies are dissolved effective August 31, 2026, with the new Sub-Committee taking office on September 1, 2026.
Please join us in congratulating the new committee. This team will play a pivotal role in driving CTCC’s growth in Quebec—expanding membership, creating networking and mentorship opportunities, and strengthening ties between Quebec’s Tamil business community and the broader Canadian business landscape.
The Terms of Reference for the Sub-Committee are currently being finalized and will be shared in due course.
