Dear Members,
We are thrilled to share that the CTCC’s 35th Anniversary Celebration and Annual Awards Gala 2026, held on April 18th at the Hilton Suites and Conference Centre, was a tremendous success!
With over 650 attendees, the evening brought together a remarkable gathering of dignitaries, bankers, political leaders, business owners, professionals, and of course, our valued CTCC members. The atmosphere was electric as we celebrated excellence in entrepreneurship and community service within our vibrant Tamil business community.
And what Chamber has done for the past 35 years, with special performance from popular playback singers Rajakanapahy, Priyanka and Maanasi.
We proudly presented six prestigious awards to outstanding individuals who exemplify innovation, dedication, and leadership:
Best Entrepreneur Award – Sutharshan Paramasamy of S & R Trucking
Best Women Entrepreneur Award – Manchula Sivarajah of TAAS Enterprises Ltd.
Best Young Entrepreneur Award – Sean Paramalingam of Diamond Property Services
Best Marketing Award – Varan Karunanantham of Fides Mortgages
Lifetime Service Award – Sumi Prabaharan, A Multi Sector Community Impact Professional
Best Community Services Award – Nimal Vinayagamoorthy, A Lifelong Advocate for Community, Justice and Growth
Guests enjoyed a delicious meal served by Hilton as we came together to celebrate success, foster connections, and honour our shared vision.
